Why I built this, and who it is for
After the experience of creating, running, and selling Live Oak Lake, I've been privileged to consult with a number of fellow builders and operators of unique stays.
To help out in a more sustainable way, I put together a comprehensive video-based course where I walk you through every step: from financing, concept, design, to building, operations, social media, marketing and more.
The course has everything you need to get started from scratch on your own project. I’ve brought in a panel of guest experts to help round out the curriculum, including other case studies from similar stories like Devon Loerop of The Pacific Bin and Ben Wolff of Onera.
To complement the masterclass, I’ve created a private community for you to build relationships with fellow builders and investors and continue your learning. It’s an excellent place to ask real-life questions, get feedback, and exchange ideas with peers. I use it several times a day.
